On pins and needles all morning but finally got the awaited phone call: Clark is out of surgery and doing fine! Clark has his LCP surgery this morning and was neutered. The femoral head was removed, I will take pictures and post them later on (they will give me the femoral head apparently). He is awake and alert, I cant wait to get him home. Best temperament in the world this little boy. ps: my ultimate dream is for Clark to be placed with someone who does therapy visits at hospitals with children, perhaps out of surgery or with a physical disability. Clark did visits at a nursing home and loved it. He loves everyone, children, dogs, cats... he is always happy and super friendly. If anyone knows of a person who would be interested in Clark, please contact me privately. ps: his pedigree was researched at length, we could not find a generic history for this condition in his lines so please, no stones throwing. I am sharing this information and hope it will benefit others who might encounter the same situation.
