On the top of my favorite Christmas movies has to be this classic animation. Love the writing, the message and the animation. I used the grinch song a lot with middle school students to teach them about Figurative Language. Great Metaphors: Youre a rotter, Mr. Grinch, Youre the king of sinful sots, Your hearts a dead tomato splotched with moldy purple spots, Mr. Grinch, Youre a three decker sauerkraut and toadstool sandwich with arsenic sauce! The voice in this song is amazing.
