One Pan Gourmet Supper tonight at the Old Campground. Cast iron skillet full of zucchini, summer squash, peppers, mushrooms, & jalapeno brats cut into chunks. Drizzled a little olive oil...some garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, parsley flakes and a couple pats of butter and let it cook on the grill until it browned up. Served on Sour dough bread toasted on the grill with some butter, onion powder, & parsley. IT WAS SO YUMMY! No leftovers...all three dogs had a yummy plate complete with the sour dough covered with the veggies and brats. Abe is passed out in my lap in Heaven already and Angel is bugging Mike that it is already snack time! LOL
