One of the things I dislike about living so far in the country, in this rural New York landscape, is the lack of a diner for a late night run for pancakes or waffles! I could totally go for something at IHOP right now... Too tired to make them myself, and Im not driving to Albany! I do remember one time when I was about 34 when I did that, but now, no. Oh, well! Enjoy your conveniences, city people! I wish I could trade places with you about two days a month for ethnic food and some fun being around awesome people! Some day!
