Open carry in Arkansas lets look at it this way: You come to a small town near me and you go in store with open carry, police will be called officer comes in and first unarmed you. Then u get smart with him and out comes the cuffs. You are then on your way to county jail (car impounded) then you have to post bail to get out. Then u hire a lawyer to defend you. All said and done it will cost you thousands of dollars to prove your point and if you dont win you all have a fine to pay.
