Operation Manager (OPM) (Debrecen) Főbb feladatok, munkák: Lead the Nearshore BP OPM delivery (ITIL) for all Global Telecommunications & Security Operations Services provided to BP. Senior management point of accountability for the customer (BP) on the delivery of all Global Telecommunications and Security Operations Services. Manage the delivery performance of all suppliers supporting the delivery of Operations Services. This includes T-Systems TSS/CSS/DSS/Quality Delivery Units, Equipment Vendors, Telecommunications Carriers and BP Service Delivery Organizations who underpin the Operations. Accountability for the BP Nearshore Centre SLA & KPI performance for all Operational Services. Accountable for the financial performance (cost base) of all Teams and Suppliers delivering Operations Services within the BP Nearshore Centre. Point of contact and lead customer engagement for operational performance presentations with the regional SDM. Single point of contact for resolving Incident ownership between BP key stakeholders through the BP Daily Service Reviews (DSR), Weekly Service Review (WSR), Corrective Action Reviews (CAR) and MIMRs. Represent BP Account Operations Teams and approve Changes at the T-Systems Change Boards and BP Foundation Change Advisory Board (FCAB) and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB). Own all BP Nearshore Centre Service Recovery and Service Improvement initiatives. Support the SDM, Operations and Project Teams when required, in order to support cross-region and/or global services provided. Participate in the 24*7 Resolution-Manager Service as part of the wider Operations Team MoD Rota. Provide support on the development of new business opportunities across the BP Account. Accountable for leading BP Nearshore Centre: Health & Safety (HSSE), Access Management and Information Security compliance Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások: Significant experience and in-depth understanding of TSS/CSS/DSS/Quality Services: Telecommunications Networks, Firewall Services and Cloud Infrastructure. People Management skills: The ability to manage internal/external suppliers, direct and matrix teams of Operations Managers, Technical Design Authority (TDA), Project Managers and Field Engineers. Flexibility: Ability to work to tight timescales, managing task allocation and prioritization for a very demanding customer. Experience of Performance Management, Reporting and Service Improvement Programmes using best practice. Customer facing experience working in a demanding highly customer focused environment. Advanced presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and present to senior management up to Regional Director/VP level. General financial understanding with the ability to manage the cost base of an Operations Delivery Organisation including a wide Partner Eco-System. Experience of the Oil & Gas Industry Excellent knowledge of English.
