Our stand with respect to israel is a matter of principle. As they say in this era it is strategic and not tactical. It is not political so that it can move or change with the changing of conditions. It is a basic fundamental premise. Israel, according to islamic legal reasoning (at-takyif ash-sharI) is a people who have landed in a muslim territory, colonized it without a right (of ownership or otherwise). It did not have any legitimate (shariyyah) in this land (ardh). It took it with steel and fire (bil hadid wan nar) with violence and blood. It evicted its palestinian people to the four corners of the world (afaq al ardh). This means israel established it entity on enmity and ightisab (usurpation, lit. Rape). Such injustice is not supplanted with the passing of time and fleeting of years. The passing of time, according to islamic jurisprudence, does not make the illicit, licit and the wrong, right. Theft is its (israel) fundamental trait. Therefor based on this principal we refuse a peace with israel that will give it a right in what it took by force (ightisabat). Such a peace would give it a legal sultan (empowerment) over what it stole from the house of islam (dar al islam) and the land of muslims. Thus it is not possible, given clear interest, that legal rulers of muslim lands to strike any temporary pact (hudnah) with israel. As well as with any country busy with usurpation - raping land from its people and claiming legal ownership and power over it. It is thus imperative - from this stand- on the people of palestine first, the arabs next and the muslims in general (and the conscious people) to struggle against this rape of land and this zionist (zionazism) aggression & transgression. With israels nuclear and chemical stock as well as the unilaral backing of usa n western powers - know this - the sunnah of Allah swa (God) dictates that the strong will not preserve its strengh for long and the weak will not remain weak forever. The matters change as day and night - dawaam al-haal mina al-muhal (it is impossible for things to stay the way they are)... Those settlers - surely you must think that your end is near and the legacy you are leaving for your children is a doomed future.
