Over these days in Gashua, the temperature hovers high making the weather harsh and draconian especially to Muslim faithful. It also descends its scorching effects on the growing plants withering them badly. All is due to inadequate rainfall that we are facing the start of the rainy season. To this, let us make of this month of Rahama to beseech Allah to grant Gashua and its environs adequate rainfall and bumper harvest.
