PORT OF THE WEEK: Coffs Harbour The first post from CFS since regaining the VA contract. Congratulations Newcastle, Hervey Bay and Coffs on retaining the Virgin Australia contracts. It’s an awesome feeling to know. A big thanks to Bruce and The Team-driving a successful business as well as providing opportunities to the entire team. We are very fortunate to have some good folks at the helm of our company as well as everywhere between! Its holiday season for the good few, Marc has just returned after spending two weeks in the USA driving down Route 1 along the West Coast in his Mustang… thanks Marc for your presents but it is you presence that we enjoy the most. We are looking forward to Cassie returning from Vietnam and are secretly hoping she will out do Marc in the present department. A big happy birthday to Spike who enjoyed his 50th in Fiji, it hard to believe a bloke with such good looks can be fifty…must be related to Mr Clooney. It’s great to have all the team back altogether looking refreshed and eager to go. EOM for May is Millsy. A workhouse with the right attitude. Brett has been instrumental in our monthly safety focus of positioning the stairs. Coffs Harbour has 5 full stand-off bays capable of accommodating 5 jets at a time. Stair position both at the aircraft, and outside of the safety zone is crucial in our port.
