ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (EO) The successful candidate will be expert handle monitoring, audit and report of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries. Requirements: • Age max. 35 years old. • Graduated S1 degree Majoring Forestry/Agronomy/Environment • Minimum 2 years experience as Environmental Officer at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries or manufacturing. • Willing to work in Site Forestry, Kenangan, PPU-East Kalimantan. 2. PAYROLL OFFICER (PO) The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Payroll System such us input time attendant, overtime calculation, PPh21, annual leave, day off, agreement letter and termination letter with strong computer and understand of Human Resources Function. Requirements: • Age max. 35 years old. • Graduated D III degree Majoring Accounting/Psychology/Management from reputable University, GPA Min. 3,0. • Minimum 3 years experience as Payroll Officer, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry. • Understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation. • Good communication & relationship. • English and computer literacy are a must. • High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality • Mandarin skill is preferred. • Work location in Balikpapan. 3. SENIOR RECRUITER (SR) The ideal candidate will be assist the Senior Recruiter & Manager in developing job descriptions, update organization structure as and when required, develop testing tools for recruitment. Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related yearly, monthly and weekly reports. Search workforce market, identify suitable recruitment channel/net working for company. Designs recruitment advertisements, screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, and summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs, Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates. Types employment contracts, and issues engagement advice, up date to SAP system, prepare new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options, and understand of Human Resources Function. Requirements: • Age max. 35 years old. • Graduated Min. S1 Physiology from reputable University • Minimum two years experience as Sr. Recruiter, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry. • Understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation. • Good communication & relation shift. • English and computer literacy are a must. • High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality • Mandarin skill is preferred. • Work location in Balikpapan. 4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) 25 PERSONS The ideal candidate will be able to smart learn with strong computer and organizational skills. Requirements: • Age, Max. 25 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Forestry/Agriculture/Engineering/Management/Accounting Etc, Min. GPA 2,75. • Will be required to sign a bond with the company for 2 (two) years. • High motivation, discipline, teamwork, dynamic with good personality. • Willing to work at Site Forestry, East Kalimantan. 5. SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-ASKEP) The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Requirements: • Male, age max. 35 years old. • Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university. • Good relation with government & other social entities. • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. • Willing to work at Malinau/Tarakan, KALTIM.
