Plea for advice: my flight from Shanghai to Incheon has been delayed several times and ultimately cancelled. Assuming the replacement flight happens, Ill get to Incheon around 1am or later. How can you get to the city centre at that time? Does the AREX still run? Does anyone know what time the Incheon airport to Ulsan bus runs? Failing that, can anyone recommend somewhere to stay until everything starts up again? Cheers in advance.
