Police recover stolen property - Wycombe Police Area This is a message sent via Thames Valley Country Watch. This information has been sent on behalf of Thames Valley Police Message sent by Howard Wynne (Police, Uniform PC, Wycombe LPA) Police recover stolen property - Wycombe Police Area Following a recent theft of forestry and landscaping materials on the Wycombe Police area a number of items have been recovered. This was because the owner had carefully recorded the make, model, serial numbers and identifying marks on the equipment enabling Police to identify it. Please do this with your equipment, it may take a while but once you have the details they are invaluable should the item be stolen or lost. If you would like any items etched or CRE-marked please get in touch and we will be happy to do this for you. CESAR marking at discounted rates is still available for tractors, quads, etc. We will be running another CESAR marking event on the area in October but if you have anything you want to get protected now please get in touch so that we can pass on contact details and discount code to you. Farmers on the Wycombe Police Area have you claimed your free Selecta DNA packs? These were financed by Bucks County Council and we still have some available. Theft of diesel and heating oil is still happening. Please do all you can to secure your tanks. Please carry on reporting any suspicious vehicles or people to us on the 101 number, by email, to your neighbourhood officer – whatever works for you. This is really invaluable to us and helps us gather intelligence. If you have any queries or would like more information on CESAR or Selecta DNA please contact WPC Claire Marchant on 101 or email [email protected] ________________________________________
