Pongal and Guilt! Its become a dilemma eating food today. Dont eat this,eat that....and make sure you get x grams of this today This is anxiety marketing! As natural beings we are meant to adapt and change with activity levels,seasons etc. Yet food is being prescribed like a linear equation with one rule for all! Crap! A few simple guidelines: - Eat earth grown nutrients as nature intended ie no pesticide and chemicals if possible. - Eat like your ancestors and dont eat anything your grandmom would not recognize as food. -Ensure raw foods such as nuts,unpolished grains, fruits,veggies in your diet. -Packaged food is not equal to real food,there are tons of additives and they aint no good. - Eat for health and not for vanity,the 18 inch bicep and 6 pack aint no good if you dont have energy/ libido and health.
