Details are as follows: Job Title: Human Resource Executive - Field Location: Islamabad Job Description: Recruitment and Selection Activities • Looking after ‘R & S’ activities of respective Region which includes hiring of all related Retail Staff. • Timely providing required Human Resources as soon as the requisition is received from the District Manager / Outlet Manager. • Coordination with HRBP to conduct final interviews and on-boarding process. • Conducting orientation sessions of newly inducted staff at “SSC Training Center”. Training and Development Activities • Conducting TNA of respective positions as per the requests of Outlet Manager and finding the cause of Training/Non-Training Needs in the Retail Staff. • Conducting Class Room trainings of Retail Staff including Outlet Managers, salesmen / Salesgirls and stock boys on the Training modules on different topics. • Conducting On-The-Job Training for the Retail Staff. • Evaluate training outcomes by physically visiting shops after the training is delivered. • Conducting HR Audits of the Shops as per given SOPs and preparing its reports and presenting to HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner). • Close coordination with HRBP in executing different tasks regarding Human Resources and provide timely support and facilitate Operations Dept. as per need. Job Specification: Qualification: MBA / BBA in HRM or MHRM Experience: Min 2 years experience in HR Operations and Training administrative activities. Competencies required: 1) knowledge of MS Excel including formulae, 2) Strong Training skills, 3) hands on grip on MS Word, 4) Strong Communication Skills, 5) Sound Analytical Skills. 6) Ability to work under pressure 7) Sound report writing skills How to Apply?
