Practice #1 3:30-3:35- rules and intro 3:35-4:00- WR stretch routine 3:40-4:10- Weight room work out- Boys- ladder, snatch squats 3x5, pull-ups 3x5 (after 15 min switch to ab circuit) Girls- Ab circuit (after 15 min switch to WR) 4:10-4:25- Working warm-up (new) into strech 4:25-4:30 drink 4:30-4:50- 4 groups rotate after 5 minutes at each. Scrip group- 40 M sprints (walk back) Elliot group- build-ups 100 M, jog curve Mayhew group- Stair sets Murphy group- Hurdle explosion into lunges 4:50-4:55- Working warm-up into stretch minus the build-ups 5:00- Dismiss practice - If you can stay after to work on field events that would be great, but bus runs at 5:00.- -Field event time during practice will start on Wednesday!
