Practice Makes Permanent: If you begin a workout program without changing your mindset about what you eat on a regular basis you will still see some clear benefits regarding how you feel, sleep, and function. Probably even a bit of fat loss as well. If you really want to see changes, you will need to combine exercise with a nutrition plan that will provide you the energy you need, (calories) and the nutrients required to keep muscles strong, and feed all of the cells in your amazing body so they will perform properly. You have to find your balance of Carbs, protein, and fats that is right for you. (Roughly 55/25/20 % of total calories) Most importantly, take the time to practice with your nutrition in order for you to become good at it so you dont have to do it again in a year or two. Rock on!
