Pretty hot this weekend but we had a good crowd. Red and I sort of took it easy after last weekend. We went over to the Summit to eat Saturday evening. We had been meaning to try it out and I can say that the food, service and atmosphere were all very nice. That place has really changed over the past 2-3 years. The golf courses look amazing. We both had a steak which was REALLY good. Red had dessert , too....again very good. It was a little pricey, but there was no compromise on the quality. The weather is supposed to turn quite a bit cooler...highs in the 70s for a couple of days mid-week an we can certainly deal with that. Dont forget next weekend is Christmas in July ! Bring a gift and play Dirty Santa ! That is always fun. I will fire up the pit and well have some BBQ for the party. Red and I look forward to seeing you there ! Please RSVP so I get enough meat.
