Projetos magnificos (DIY): Need your help. Questions about modifying a portable bar., Im in the process of creating my own catering company for high-end bartending. I need an attractive classic looking bar, that is portable, sturdy enough to withstand being moved around often, and can be made immune to a certain level of abuse from liquids. Ive wanted to build it myself but the reality is that Im no where near skilled enough to pull it off the way Id like to. Ive done quite a bit of research on portable bars for sale, and so far this one stands out. ift.tt/1oTJivV. The look is right, size and weight seem manageable, and price works. My question is would it be possible to reinforce this piece using extra brackets/ hinges in various pressure points? Also would it be possible to coat the wood with something waterproofing?
