Psalm 147:6 The LORD supports the humble, but he brings the wicked down into the dust. Matthew 5:5 God blesses those who are humble, for they will inherit the whole earth. James 4:7 So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:10 Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor. 1 Peter 5:6 So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor. Matthew 23:12 But those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted. Ok, I think it said to "be humble" like 30 times in there. So, what do you think? I get the feeling that God wants us to be humble.
