Quality Auditor / Quality Controller– Shirts, Woven / Denim, Knit Opportunity Our leading European organization is recruiting for an exciting position at HQ, in Gulshan, Dhaka. Job Responsibility Ensure quality systems and procedures being maintained by qc team. (for QA position) Must have thorough knowledge of fusing, sewing & garments quality checking, presentation\getup. He should be more aggressive & keen to learn, ready to take new challenges. Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurements & patterns. He must understand all our day to day customer tech packs \ communications, etc. He should have good knowledge about Quality Controlling process from Development stage to Shipment. He will be fully responsible to ensure quality zero defects as per buyer’s direction. Have to have the technical & Critical knowledge on garments manufacturing as well as sampling, inline and final Inspection, day-to-day production follow up. Have to take the responsibility of fabric checking, generate daily reports on quality checking and quality passed garments. Conduct final inspections to AQL 2.5 and customer standards. Ensure 100% customer 3rd party and wear house final pass rate. Experience Requirements Should have minimum 5 years working experience in Woven an knit field. Preferably in composite units / with composite units. Age not more then 30-32 years. The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Denim garments handling, Production, Quality Control, and Final inspection Audit The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Garments Accessories and washing units. Good knowledge in wash garments / different type of dry processes. Preferably working experience as GPQ, 3rd party audit firms or in license office. Educational Requirements At least Graduate / degree in Textile Engineering will be given preference. He should have very good communication either in Bangla or in English.
