Question....is there anywhere in Otsego, Schoharie, or Montgomery County, where I can find a real, regular, thin crust Neapolitan pie, which isnt faux Sicillian, nor, basically bread with a little tomato sauce--without any sugar in it to reduce the acidity, I might add--and cheap, low fat mozzarella cheese? Be mindful that I was probably one of the few Chinese kids on the planet during the Vietnam War to have worked in an authentic pizzeria, and I was responsible to make all of the dough, the pizza sauce, and to shred all of the huge blocks of cheese.....all because my father insisted that I buy my own sticks, string, and kicks to play with!
