Be able to work independence and under high pressure. 3, ENTERPRISE DIVISION MANAGER: * Purpose of the Job: -The Division Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible to archive assigned financial and management objectives -DSM must monitor closely his/her team activities and ensure that they clearly understand their sales objectives and they regularly report on it. -DSM has the responsibility of hiring, training and motivating his team members to ensure proper work practices. -DSM is required to get involved in the selling process and expected to support the sales activities of his/her team in major account. -DSM will ensure interface with company’s distributors sales force and Company’s back offices for coordination with his sales team. * Responsibilities: • Manage the sales team of Enterprise Division of Vietnam • Achieve and/or exceed the sales, growth and profit quota and other business objectives as assigned. • Initiate the building and implementation of a sales plan and a yearly sales budget for his/her area of responsibility.
