When it comes to the gym and fitness in its entirety, I try and tell people that you dont have to just be a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or endurance athlete! You dont have to be a one-trick pony! You dont have to be adept in only one spectrum of fitness! You can be well rounded! You can be a hybrid athlete, so to speak! You just have to know how to program your workouts accordingly, so that you may indeed be multifaceted and have versatility!
