(Raising The Bar In Black America: Seeking Brave & Smart Individuals To Help Run GRCAM) The phrase refers to the process of improving or performing certain tasks in a more improved way. I wrote my book The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America Second Edition in hopes of getting it on the bestsellers list but to my surprise it is barely selling. For twenty two years I have been doing my best at trying to find 30 people online and offline to work with me directly so that I can jump start my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement but to this day I am still unable to find ten people in my city to work with me, and yet Chicago remains the murder capital what does this say about Black America? I wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money from the proceeds of the book to start my private profit service based business GRCAM without having to ask for donations. I discuss the inner workings of American politics, religion, and special interest groups which is keeping us divided based on social class and political affiliation. Our people have lost the sense of togetherness which is why its taking me so long to start this new movement in Black America. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a spinoff of Dr. Kings Poor Peoples March. This organization will deal head on with solving the social problems within our communities rather than continue to complain about the same issues since the sixties. GRCAM will meet the need of the community and the people we will serve which in turn would improve our society for a healthier, balanced, and humane future for all regardless of race, class, or gender. My intended audience are ordinary law abiding citizens who are fed up with these career politicians when elected into office never seem to get anything done to solve the problems they promise during their campaign trail. I am seeking 30 people on my friends list who are brave enough and smart enough to be on my management team make yourself known to me. I provide in detail in my book the qualifications I am looking for to those who will help me with the daily operations of my private school the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute for Arts and Entertainment starting in Chicago. Our focus will be to bring goods and services to the low income African American communities and working directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families within the communities and cities we will serve. We will offer a second chance program to ex-offenders, former gang members, and the homeless. We will also offer private employment within my organization to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states which are as follows: Alabama; Arkansas; California; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Indiana; Kansas; Louisiana; Maryland; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; North Carolina; New Jersey; New York; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Texas; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington; and Wisconsin. My vision goes beyond Urban America. Once my organization is established in 25 states I plan to expand abroad to Africa in the country of Liberia first than expand to 25 other countries in Africa to people that want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. My organization will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. But more importantly, the vision his creator has given him to share with Black America and with the world is a new way of thinking that yields a vision of peace more powerful than all the armies of all the nations of the world. GRCAM is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to communities and families that want and need our services.
