Recently I was asked by someone to define what is a Paper Tiger .....after much thinking here is my answer When a coach takes a team to compete in a championship and not one of his Athletes advance past the first round ( year after year ),yet he post up a certificate saying he is the best coach in the country ....Paper Tiger ......When you have a certified 10 degree black belt in kickboxing ,but he cant punch his way out of a paper bag ....Paper Tiger .......When a 22 yr old cant beat a 50 yr old granny ,but wants to bad mouth a 4 time world champion ...Paper Tiger .....When a man appoints himself as a president for life ,gets all the funding from Govt. and still cannot produce even a Caribbean amateur champion after 21 yrs .....Paper Tiger ........................... can anyone add more to the list
