Refrigerator truck used refrigerated and insulated truck bodies Standard Features 1) Structure:sandwich structure, fiberglass+PU+fiberglass. 2) The sandwitch panel of the refrigerated bodies is with different sickness: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm,105mm, 125mm 3) The insulation layer of the sandwich is a kind of new type fluorine, free polyurethane foam or Extreded polystyrene foam. Whatever the panel sickness is,the density is all 42kg/m3, which meets the national AAA standard. 4) Manually FRP is covered both inside and outside of the sandwitch, also with different sickness(1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm) for your choice. 5) The Hardwares are all made of 304 stainless steel; Aluminum alloy sides and 304 stainless steel wrap angle. 6) The bottom plate is usually 100mm sickness sandwitch panel with FRP floor. 7) All with steel channel sub-frame, besides, the refrigerated box is fixed to the steel frame with high strength adhesive and screws. 8) Panels are made by high pressure vacuum technique of Germany 9)The refrigerated truck body is tight and solid with very high mechanical strength; smooth and nice appearance, anti-corrosion, shock-proof, standing wear and easy to be washed.
