Regardless of how much you like an idol, you shouldnt try to justify each and every one of their mistakes and wrongdoings... especially with something as disgusting as racism. Racism is not okay and will never be okay, no matter how you try to warrant it. I understand all too well that people are uninformed about these issues due to cultural differences, but condoning this disgusting behavior is just increasing unawareness and spreading ignorance, a societal disease. Although we will never be able to completely eradicate racism, the only way we can minimize it is by teaching others that it is wrong.
