Reliance digital complaint Mail sent to Reliance Digital mail I D :reliancedigital@rel resQ Customer support mail I d : [email protected] To Customer Support ResQ team Reliance Digital , Mumbai Dear Sir, I bought a Reconnect Fatl 7.0kg Rhwtg-7001 and Reconnet 46" Led Tv-releb4601 vide Delivery Note no : 80081902 on 10 th march 2013 as a gift to my wife on her birthday from Reliance Digital Store , Kapurbadi , Ghodbunder Road , Thane west. I also bought 2 resQ CARE PLAN serial no : 219549 and 141041 to buy the complete peace of mind but what got is Nightmare. Un fortunately both the products got faulty with in 3 months of purchase in the Tv might be there was some installation issue so corrected on request but washing machine was completely broken down , we had a nightmarish experience to get it repaired , itz Electronic control panel became faulty. It took more then 10 days after repeated phone calls , hackling and noise.....finally i spoke to Mr. Nitin Naik and narrated my hardship as i had guest and it was on set of Mumbai Monsoon, he personally took pain and arranged to replace said Electronic panel , on further enquiry why it is taking so long time then only i came to know that the spare is not available here and have to call from China , why so ? This is most essential spare and why a working couple buy a washing machine and then what is the use of spending money on resQ ...??? There are many question which Reliance Digital should answer. Barely we could settle then again four days back the machine again refused to work , lodged complaint the very same day with resQ help line Complaint no is -:8002698021, no one had turn up for 2 days then my wife called Store where from we bought machine and we had very bad experience , in a desperate call she had also called service technician Mr Javed directly coz she has became familiar to him because of frequent visit during last time fault repair but he expressed helplessness that he can not visit with out instruction , then again my wife and her friend visited store , had in - numerous phone call but nothing moved to them. In the meanwhile my wife requested the Customer care executive Ms. kadambari to replace the product and eitherrefund the money or let her buy another branded Washing machine , she had agreed and she told that she will take up the case with higher authority and sending a person to photograph machine to put up the case. Yesterday again my wife repeatedly called service centre , store and visited store twice, in the evening we ( i , my wife and her friend ) visited store and met Ms Khyati ( a new customer service executive ) her behaviour was any thing but not un line with the customer service , i had harrowing experience of my life. She was rude , negligent and refused to help us in any matter either repair or replacement. Did i buy machine to loose my money , peace of mind and in number working days of my wife. I have suffered hardships during monsoon, lost my money , peace of mind and who will make good of losses she suffered for not attending her work and endlessly waiting for the visit of technician and repair. The tag line of resQ is PICK ME UP AND GET COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND , should be changed to PICK ME UP TO LOOSE YOUR EVERY THING INCLUDING PEACE OF MIND.
