Right to Education and right to have Food Education ensures better social life by which individuals and social groups learn to develop consciously the importance of harmony among the national and international communities, and make the whole world a good peace loving entity. The scheme RTE was whole heartedly welcomed but it was not properly implemented. Private schools out of compulsion started admitting students but systematically mentally tortured the students. How a student studying under pressure will perform better and what will he give back to nation. All the schools must be made aided schools so that all should be equal in school. Rich and poor should not have different education. Now Right to have food. The legislation is good. But it will not be systematically implemented by states. We see in the public distribution scheme, low quality and decayed food items are sold at low cost. The quality was never at par with the standard agmark quality. No government tried to improve the quality so that everyone could consume the food items distributed. Further , the people who do not have shelter and land and ration card will not get food items. In Gujarat, many families working in construction, stay at the construction sites and live with all belongings and move to other places depends on the work of the contractor. How will government identify and supply food to them. So far, no government really worked for the upliftment of the society. Mere legislation will not feed the poor.
