SENATOR TOM UDALLS STATEMENT ON U.S. CHINA CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT Today, U.S. Senator Tom Udall released the following statement on the historic climate agreement between the United States and China: “New Mexicans are seeing firsthand the devastating impacts of global warming, including drought, water scarcity, and more serious wildfires. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been pushing for a “do it all, do it right” plan to develop a strong clean energy sector that will cut pollution and create well-paying jobs in New Mexico and across the country. But the United States can’t do this alone — all nations must work together as partners to combat this common problem.
