SIMON SAYS : Do you take chocolate for granted? Did you know not everyone knew what chocolate was? Would you believe not even the Ivory Coast growers of the bean we use? Take special notice and be grateful for these men who work for barely nothing and find it a privilege to even taste this food they didnt know we used their beans for. Sometimes we forget our privileges are others hardwork. Im not saying dont eat chocolate because of hard workers overseas.. I only suggest we stop to appreciate the attitude, the gratefulness these workers have to even taste chocolate. This sense of appreciation of where chocolate comes from may at least make you more conscious to treat it as a special occasion than an everyday treat and possibly start only buying chocolate that is sourced or supports these growers. I guess my point is simply be conscious, be appreciative, dont take things for granted. This message will also help your waist line ;) Chocolate is a luxury.
