SIR CHARLES GAIRDNER TROPHY For those members who are competing in the Sir Charles Gairdner Trophy at Royal Perth GC this Sunday 14th September the format for the day is as follows:- Arrive at Club by 10.45am. On arrival sign the Sir Charles Gairdner Memorial Book. Group photograph of all participants at 11.00am. Lunch in Dining Room at 11.30am. Please ensure you are seated with your opposition pair at lunch. 12:45pm golf commences with a shotgun start. Competition to be a four ball better ball par event. The best par score for the round wins the match (not hole by hole) and the teams with the most, wins the Sir Charles Gairdner Trophy. The pairing with the highest par score for the day wins the Bob Davidson/Bill Eddy Trophy. 6.00pm Presentation. Please note that dress for lunch and after golf is jacket and tie.
