SOME MORE -RESPONSES BUT NO REAL ANSWERS- ABOUT SURIAN CHEMICAL WEAPON HYDROLYSIS, ..Ιn the following link please find the Organization of Chemical Weapon Elimination actual response text, a four month delayed response action, after the original question text had been aired and e-mailed to this Organisation by the well known New Crete reporter, Mr.George Sahinis. Mr.Sahinis text questioned the whole Hydrolysis Process planned to take place on board the special Vessel while sailing within International Waters i.e. beyond the 6-12 naut.miles range from any land within the vicinity of the ship route..that is within the Mediterrannean International Waters ..It is well known, from other reliable sources, that it is Common Practice to accept some Minor Accidents which do occur at random during the Hydrolysis Process on board the Cape Ray special Vessel. The above Organization also duly stated in their official response (after that four month silence and subsequent response delay) that as a disclaimer, they deny any responsibility in such a Minor Accident case, since the sole responsible part, in the unhappy occurrence of such an emergency situation on board the Cape Ray would be US Navy or the respective US of A, State Agency. All relevant answers -they could possibly have been such [-non paper-] answers really addressing facts- but just now one can look solely at those stated in the delayed response text, where mostly hints are to be found, to be verified and scrutinized for both their accuracy and importance, as well as possibly project on any possible expansion within the range of the implied grave consequences and by side losses, in the unhappy occurrence of such a Minor Incident -or Minor Accident as it might be, during the Cape Ray on board Hydrolysis Process : neakriti.gr/?page=newsdetail&DocID=1151208&srv=94
