SUSPENSION OF PROFESSOR D D SHENI VC OF PLASU IS ILLEGAL. BY Comrade A.I.KOLO (PRES/SSA C & M/P.R.O) Prof Doknan Danjuma shenis suspension by governor jang of plateau state is illegal & therefore, youths,student unions & staffs must not allow the governor to spoil prof shenis longtime achievements or drag the reputation of prof sheni into mould just b/c of his political interest. The governor who has appointed more than 3 VC since his assumption into office by 2007 to date violating Statutes & regulations guiding the governing council trying to create fanction into the principal council of Plasu thesame way he created in NGF. For long governor jang has been plaining to bring down the reputation that prof sheni laboured for many years to earn just b/c he refused to play along the line of abusing the institution funds & choose to be corruptfree.now,the governor is bringing in those who will act according to his selfish command to take over the system just the way he is planing to install his successor by 2015. Fellow comrades,we must not allow the reputation of our father,mentor & role model to be drag into mould as his enemies have been looking for,he need to be encourage & supported for his stand against corruption in our educational institutions. Prof sheni is a man of honour,integrity & a leader worth emulating & following his track records.prof sheni whos track records,good & pure hand writings are written worldwide one out of many which is CHAIRMAN EDUCATION COMMITTEE,WORLD COUNCIL OF OPTOMETRY (W.C.O) 1998-2002 he was the first black & the first African to received such an award. PLASU unions & students araise & save your educational institution from politicians of stomach infrastructure & sectional leaders.
