Second BB Front Squat Session of the week @ 281lbs for 6 sets of 2 reps. The drop of total volume from Monday -24 reps vs. 12- was a great way to grease the groove sort of speak and allowed me to focus an important part of the lift the breathing. I was making sure before each rep to inhale keep my breath in while pushing my belly out to create great intra abdominal pressure allowing me to have good support for the lift. Friday is back up again for the last sesh of the week 6 x 5 @ 281lbs and today will I believe have set up a great supercompensation effect. Yoga and Mobility are next later on today :)
