Seriously, its SO retarded that you cant text or email the cops. Especially when youve had junkies living on your lawn for THREE GOD DAMN DAYS and no one will even have a look, even after repeated phone calls. Theres no laws against living in your car. Even with a no camping sign posted. Okay sick. Im gonna park my Ferrari in St Kilda cop shops lobby and DJ all my shows from the passenger seat via skype. Cant move me, theres no law against it. 10/10.
