Shared for North Canton Police Dept (Counterfeit suspects) Between SAT July 12th and THUR July 17th at least two suspects went to five area businesses and passed counterfeit $50 bills. These bills were used to make small purchases so that the suspects could receive the majority of the bills face value in change. The five area businesses include Walgreens (6421 Market Ave N.), Marcs (1664 N. Main St.), Discount Drug Mart (1695 N. Main St.), Lucky Star Restaurant (1973 E. Maple St.) and Smokers Outlet (1664 N. Main St.). The first suspect (striped shirt in pictures) is described as a white male, late 30s-early 40s, medium build with tattoos on both arms. The tattoo on the right forearm has a flaming skull. The second suspect (gray shirt in pictures) is also described white male, in his 30s, medium build with short hair. He was reported to have a small child with him at one of the locations. The North Canton Police Department is working with the US Secret Service and other agencies in regard to this investigation.
