Short rant: I just want to say that I am a big supporter of the Police Department, and law enforcement in general, but lately there have been so many shootings of people and animals, that were unwarranted! What is going on right now? Why are some peace officers using lethal force (gun) against people who are armed with stick or bricks? Why shoot dogs who are in their own yards or inside cars, and who are NOT behaving in a dangerous or aggressive manner? These officers need to be retrained and/or removed from the force, not just given a light slap on the wrist!! We all need to take a stand against this quick-draw behavior! The duty of police is to PROTECT and SERVE! I hope things will change for the better so we can all feel SAFE!!
