Since dividing each boot camp session into the Foundation Class and Regular Intermediate Class; the responses from participants have been positive and encouraging. As a rule of thumb, all first timed boot campers and participants with little to no fitness background will automatically join the Foundation Class. The purpose is simple. Coach Melvin and Joseph will spend time to ensure the basic movements (for example: Squats, Overhead Squat, lunges etc) are properly explained and executed by the participants. There will also be longer rest interval for them. However, it is not compulsory for you to attend the foundation class if you have been exercising very regularly prior to joining us. Decision will be made on a case by case basis. So when will you get to move on to the more challenging Regular Intermediate Class? We have decided not to implement any fitness test at the moment. Decisions will be made based on the assessment and observation of Coach Melvin and Joseph. As we have more and more people joining Fitness Forever Boot Camp, we will work even harder in the coming months so that we may implement new training programme (with varying fitness themes), new packages, new classes / schedule and even new location.
