Sing Unto the Lord a New Song Isa 42:8-10 I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. Sing unto the Lord a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Our God is the Lord of our lives. The only Savior, the most high God is our Lord. We are to have no other God (thing or person) before Him in our lives. God does not share His glory with any other entity. He is first and foremost in our lives as believers. God is our Lord. God is our Deliverer. We should praise God and Him only. No one or no thing is worthy of the praise and worship due unto our God. He is the one that saved us. He is the one that delivered us. He is the one that made a way when there seemed to be no way. He turned impossible situations into victorious triumphs. God is Our Savior. Isa 43:11-13 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour. I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God. Yea, before the day was I am he; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? Prayer Focus: Father, I thank you for being my Lord and Savior. Verse of the Day: 1Chron 16:29 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
