Single Parent Horror Stories: True Stories: Currupt NYC Family Court: Before I was involved in this family court crap, I had two jobs which together paid roughly $100,000. Once I was allowed visitation of my daughter I could not work the second job. This brought down my income to $70,000. a year. The court magistrate refused my request for downward modification for support in November of 2011. She stated that I did not hand in my W-2. This was an obvious lie. You can hear me clearly on the tape telling her here is my W-2. I again refiled and showed the magistrate that my visitation schedule did not allow me to work two jobs. I also explained that the boyfriend of my daughters mother was the one who committed the R.S. Durant Jewelry heist. When the robber said My kid is sick, he was talking about my daughter! Losing My Mind: Ok, Moms, I have a lot of baby daddy issues going on. Me and my sons father split up almost 3 years ago when I was pregnant. My sons father was abusive towards me.. I couldnt tell you how many times the cops were called because of him. It is an ongoing battle with my sons father. He didnt pay child support for a year, worked underneath the table for cash. Then income tax came around, and he decided to go ahead and pay his back child support. Well, it didnt last long until he was behind again. Thats not even an issue... I dont depend on the child support money. My husband has been there for my son since he was 13 months old. My son is about to be 3 in a couple of months. My husband is daddy, not because we forced it , but because my son knows who takes care of him. But thats beside the point. My kids father went missing a couple of months ago for a week straight on a drug binge with his girlfriend and then lost his job. A month later, he and his girlfriend got into a fight and she stabbed him at his own house!
