So I am posting this because I would love to know how many people that I know have had the same experiences or similar to me. Twice this year I have experienced Sleep paralysis coinciding with possible out of body experiences, one of them about an hour ago. Both times have happened while resting in between 3 and 5 pm when the afternoon sun shines onto my face through my window. So what happens to me is I feel as if I am in between consciousness drifting in and out of wake and sleep, I hear vibrational noises, whirring, my vision goes a little fuzzy, sometimes my fingertips or jaw trembled slightly when i try to move and I cant move or speak obviously (this I dont really like at all). Terrifying yet interesting right! I also have been lucky enough to experience some lucid dreaming, being able to realise I am in a dream and to control it and also having the ability to return to a dream after realising i have woken. This is definitely more intriguing and exciting than the SP. that of which i am still trying to get my head around haha. So what are your thoughts!? Please tell me some cool stories of your own I would feel muuuchhh better :D
