So I guess I struck a never with the absolutely corrupt NYC political class. Let me bring you all up to speed. Saturday at our great rally I had the honor of introducing Rob Astorino. I said that turnout was expected to be historically low...but not for us! Not for upstate. I also said, New York City, as lazy as they are wont show up to vote. NYC has horribly bad voter turnout and it will continue tomorrow. The point was clear. Were going to show up. Theyre not. Of course, the whiny Democrat leadership led by the dunce shown in the picture tried to somehow turn that into a racial comment. That is just blatantly absurd and intellectually dishonest. In other words....it fits perfectly in their typical behavior. The rogues gallery of corruption that they rolled out to try and attack me is laughable. 1. Tish James - Public advocate. She made a blatant race baiting comment comparing Rob Astorino to segregationist Bull Connor. Cuomo said nothing. 2. Charlie Rangel - Congressman and continual tax evader. 3. Meilssa Mark Viverito - City Council speaker - also a tax evader and just passed a law preventing NYPD from reporting illegal aliens that have been arrested from being reported to the feds. 4. Bill de Blasio - Mayor of NYC who today....even though we set the clocks back an hour...was so late to a Cuomo rally that he missed it! Im not making that up. Apparently too lazy to get there on time. 5. Ex Governor David Paterson - useful idiot for the Cuomo campaign and the NY Democrat State Chairman. Last week the Post ran an article about him not voting....which kind of makes my point about lazy NYC voters. Again....Im not making that up. Paterson was especially despicable in this in trying to claim my statement was racist. I never mentioned race and didnt even say NYC Democrats. I said NYC voters. And finally.... 6.. Andrew Cuomo himself - under investigation by a U.S. Attorney for corruption and gave the ok to send a threatening letter to a million dems in NY to vote or else.....but lacks the guts to admit he knew about it. If THIS group of hacks is the best theyve got to go against me... as Ive said to Cuomo many times...BRING IT ON. This boils down to how dare you say our voters are lazy....even though we have horrible voter turnout and even our leaders dont vote. What a joke.
