So Ive had an emotional roller coaster kind of day today.. Saw onc and hes pleased with everything-no change. A very kind person gave me some great news that Ill reveal over the next couple of days.. And best of all, Harley Street agreed to supply Avastin to me at a cost of £29,000 per year!! Half the cost that Ive been quoted everywhere else.. So I can stay with my beloved 2nd family @ Harley Street.... Then my chemo nurse sat me down to talk to me, and told me the heartbreaking news that he is leaving.. Anyone who knows me, knows how much I think of Andrew and how he goes above and beyond to help me out. Hes one of the most important people in my life, knows me so well - like no other and for 2 years has been my Tuesday partner in crime.. To say Im heartbroken and devastated is a small understatement.. I am totally gutted. X
