Having seen first hand how such a debilitating disease (MND) can affect a persons quality of life (Rachs Opa, who I count as one of the major influences in my life and lived every minute of his to the fullest) and how quickly an 80+ year old can go from an active lifestyle to being reduced to a wheelchair and then bid ridden.
