So, a friend has an oldish, but modern, car that wont start in these cold damp mornings. He is not mechanically minded, so asked me how to use the wonder product he had bought. On the can it simply instructed Spray into air intake for 1 to 2 seconds, and the engine would miraculously start. Being a modern car without points, or carbs, the air could only be accessed by removing a panel housing the air filter. How on earth can a simple spray into the air filter cure damp starting problems? Has anyone any experience of this elixir that Starts ALL engines?
