So heres how I did the cauliflower crust pizza. I just gleaned from several recipes & added a few things. 1. Steam a head of cauliflower. (I chopped it up a bit & steamed on stovetop for 15 mins). Allow to cool. 2. Preheat oven to 450 at least 20 mins. 3. Mash cauliflower with fork or food processor. 4. Wring out cauliflower in cheesecloth, really really well. 5. Put in bowl and hand mix with 1/2 cup Italian cheese blend, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, 3 cloves minced fresh garlic, 1 TBLS Italian herbs, salt and pepper, 2 TBLS milled flax seed, and 2 beaten whole eggs. 6. Line pizza pan with parchment paper. 7. Press mash into pizza shape. 8. Bake 15-20 mins. Until firm and slightly crispy on edges. 9. Cool for 10 Mins. Reduce oven to 400. 10. Add toppings, be cautious to not use too many moist items (e.g. I pressed all the water from artichoke hearts first). 11. Bake for 10-15 mins. 12. Revel
