So it is day 7 of detox and I stuck to it.The whites of my eyes are white and I am sleeping longer.Day 1 was the worst and while I am not hungry, I am colder than normal and by 10 it is time for bed.When baby no.4 was born I got a fab pair of jeans to motivate me to shed the baby weight and I got into them but they have not zipped up in a while.So I put them on at the start of detox and no joy, on Saturday when detox is over, I will post photos even if the will not zip.2 days left and big weigh in and measure!
