So, ive posted on this subject before, i have a 2011 BMS Sand sniper 1000cc 5spd RWD... i wanna KEEP it 5speed on the floor like it is, im on a tight budget, ive been told a Geo Metro motor will bolt right up to my trans, im still trying to wrap my mind around going from a 4cyl to a 3cyl to gain power... I do want it to be able to cruise on the highway at 75mph without redlining it... Right now i can get up to 75mph in the middle of 4th gear (with all of 5 left) it just doesnt have the get up and go power I want it almost seems like its geared for hwy and not playing... id like to get the best of both worlds, ive watched a few vids on my buggy/engine with a single turbo and it still doesnt seem fast in any sense of the word.... My neighbors the owner of the John Deere company here in town and he says the 800gators got more get up and go power than mine... any other motor options that will bolt up to my trans? Its IRS and dont wanna mess with all the stuff to get the IRS functioning on a rocket motor, id like to stick with a good 4cyl motor (hopefully)
