So part of my winterizing included a Koi pond heater that should have been delivered today but evidently the sub postal carrier was informed by the regular carrier to leave my packages at the post office for me to pick up....when I found the slip in the mailbox 3 hours after the office closed I called to ask them why she didnt deliver my packages and was told because of my dogs she was told not to...................really?????? we were all home & 3 of us were OUTSIDE when she came......bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we will be discussing this further when I drag my ass to the post office tomorrow..................
